Don B. Bolt, III has over 28 years of litigation experience in vast areas of civil practice including insurance claims, insurance bad faith, personal injury claims and defense, commercial litigation, real property litigation and disputes, contract law and business disputes. Mr. Bolt has successfully handled many cases through trial and settlement yielding multi-million dollar results. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Florida, Alabama and Oklahoma. As to Federal Courts, Mr. Bolt is admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Northern District of Florida, the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma Federal Courts and in the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Mr. Bolt has additionally been added, pro hac vice, to past State and Federal litigation representing clients in Louisiana State Court and in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.
Mr. Bolt is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and earned his Law Degree from The University of Tulsa where he was a member of the Energy Law Journal and the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi.
