Emily L. Rogers

Emily Rogers was born and raised in Destin, FL and received her undergraduate
degree from Florida State University. Prior to attending law school, Emily
worked with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide as a sales manager at
the Westin Buckhead where she worked with high end corporate clients in
contract negotiation while also assisting in implementing marketing strategies.
Thereafter, Emily continued her education and legal studies at Florida
Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL. While in law school, Emily
interned for the Jacksonville Public Defender, North Florida Legal Aide,
and served as a teaching assistant. Emily also spent a semester studying
abroad at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England where she was able
to gain educational experience in various aspects of international law.
Emily’s practice at Chesser & Barr, P.A. includes a broad spectrum
of representing clients in both federal and state court litigation matters.
She is also a part of the real estate transactional team and serves as
a liaison to Old South Land & Title.
