Harry Barr is certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Specialist. He has practiced in Okaloosa County and northwest Florida for more than 35 years. Mike Chesser and Harry Barr are both certified by the Florida Supreme Court as Circuit Mediators in mediation of civil disputes.
Sometimes merely hiring an attorney provides a swift resolution. Sometimes a judge or jury must decide the outcome. We do go to trial, but only after exhausting other avenues: direct negotiation, injunctive relief, mediation or arbitration. We also handle state, federal and administrative appeals of judgments.
