Dispute Resolution and Business Litigation
We work to position clients for efficient and cost-effective resolution of disputes through mediation, arbitration or direct negotiation, but we will vigorously advocate our clients' interests in state or federal courts when other remedies are exhausted. We have represented both commercial and individual clients in the collections area for more than 30 years. Our commercial clients include credit unions, banks, and small businesses. Caryn Campbell practices in this area and our Collections Department staff has extensive experience in the representation of large commercial clients. We provide a wide range of services including:

- Collection litigation including foreclosures, replevin, levy and garnishment
- Judgment enforcement and domestication of foreign judgments
